berry tart: cherry, blue, black and raspberry in a coconut milk pastry cream,  hemp seed
poached pear: poached in riesling and vanilla bean, mascarpone, mint and walnut garnish
mini harvest cake: autumn carrot and vanilla cakes with cashew crème
thyme waffle: belgian waffle infused with thyme & orange zest, plums & thyme sprigs atop honey-mascarpone crème

Little Savory Plates

 herbed-flatbread: rosemary & thyme flatbread, toasted walnut & arugula pesto, sheep’s milk cheese, prosciutto
egg & polenta: soft-poached egg atop grilled shallot, asparagus & polenta, cracked pepper
 *oeffs en cocotte: french for “eggs in pot”; shallot, roasted tomato & thyme, garnished with an aged balsamic and white truffle oil

 melon, prosciutto, arugula, mozzarella,  fig-infused balsamic
